Pursuing a Golden Opportunity

He used to watch his father creating and fixing jewelry, using many tools and gold. “I kept wishing I could have the chance to start with my own shop and work the way my father has as I was growing up.” he said.
Income Generation for Widows Ceremony
Submitted by AHaleem on 18 September, 2011 - 13:20.Erbil’s Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) and representatives of the French Embassy held a graduation ceremony on 28 July 2011 at the Culture Center for participants of the “Income Generation for Widows” project in Khabat. The one year project is being funded by the French Embassy and is designed to provide income generating skills and business support for one hundred vulnerable widows in the Khabat District of Erbil Province.
