Mr. Hassanein Muhiaddin, the Director of the Najaf Business Development Center, returned in December from a three month Executive Course in Environmental Management at the internationally known Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. The program included executives from Europe, Africa and the Middle East to consider the environment impact of business and government decisions. The students gained insight into various environmental technologies and deepened their awareness of the sustainable development, including Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Governance and Eco-Tourism.

I also discovered new ideas which could be reflected into new projects which will lead to increasing the Najaf Business Development Center's income and securing its sustainability."
